Theatre Imatra – Pikku Hiisi Stage
In autumn 2015, Theatre Imatra opened a new, 60-seat children’s theatre in the building next to the Theatre proper, on Esterinkatu Street. The funds used for the children’s theatre were an inheritance from a private person to the City of Imatra. The seats at the Pikku Hiisi Stage are unnumbered.
The Pikku Hiisi Stage is also used for plays for adults. For events with intermissions, the catering is organised by Karelian Gourmet.
The Black Box venue is very easy to modify, which makes it ideal for different types of events.

A 65-inch screen available for presentations. Hearing induction loop also available. Basic audio system available.
STAGE DIMENSIONS
Black Box, sized 12 x 9 metres, height 2.6 metres.
WATER, ELECTRICITY, LIGHTING
Electricity and water costs are included in the rent. The renter may book the Theatre’s lighting equipment. The details of the use are agreed on when the reservation is confirmed.
TRAFFIC AND LOADING
Loading via the loading platform, entrance via Esterinkatu Street.
CONSTRUCTION AND DISASSEMBLY
Construction via the theatre’s loading platform from the Esterinkatu side (if the props can fit though a doorway sized 240 x 155 cm).
SANITARY ROOMS
Use of the sanitary rooms is included in the rent. Performers may use the lower green room with toilets.
NETWORK CONNECTION
The renter may use the wireless network connection of the Theatre.

All prices include VAT.
On weekdays, the first 3 hours: €201

Events that continue after 6 pm on a Saturday, as well as Sundays and public holidays: three hours for €402
Following hours: €134/h

The price includes one technician and presentation technology equipment (excluding wireless microphones: €15/piece)
Extra technician: €40/h
Events that continue after 6 pm on a Saturday, as well as Sundays and public holidays: €80/h.
CATERING
Catering and the cafe services are provided exclusively by Karelian Gourmet.
