The multi-purpose venue Vierashuone (“Guest Room”) can be used for both large and medium groups for meetings and events. The venue has its own kitchen corner where you can make light refreshments. The modern audio system and the big screen are available for the event organiser without a separate fee. Welcome to Virta!
You can serve your own foods at the venue. In this case, the renter commits to cleaning the venue prior to handing the venue over.

A 75-inch screen, a Genelec audio system, a flip chart, and movable tables and chairs. Total number of chairs: 80. A kitchen corner with a water connection, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee maker, water kettle and a dishwasher. A tea set for 80 people. Hearing induction loop.
The renter may use the wireless network connection of Virta.
Customers have to do light cleaning of the room after use (trashes to trashcan, etc) and turn of all electrical equipment. You can visit the room before reservation for free.

The City’s organisational units, subsidiaries, personnel organisations and political municipal organisations are allowed to use the meeting facilities for free.
