Imatra Summer Theatre
Imatra Summer Theatre is located in the Kruununpuisto Park in Imatra, on a spot full of natural splendour by the Vuoksi River, right next to Scandic Imatran Valtionhotelli. The Summer Theatre has a roofed, unnumbered auditorium for 550 spectators. The cafe of the Summer Theatre is operated by Karelian Gourmet.
The parking spaces of the Summer Theatre are at the end of Torkkelinkatu Street. Imatra city centre also has several parking spaces.

There is fixed audio system at the summer theatre. Technical requirements must be discussed before the event.

The stage size depends of the ongoing production, please ask for more information.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Summer Theatre is fully accessible. The venue has 8 wheelchair spaces which need to be booked in advance from the group sales of the theatre. An accessible toilet is located next to the cafe kiosk.
WATER, ELECTRICITY, LIGHTING
Electricity and water costs are included in the rent. The renter may book the Theatre’s audio and lighting equipment. The details of the use are agreed on when the reservation is confirmed.
TRAFFIC AND LOADING
Vehicles may drive directly to the stage via the dirt road from Imatrankoskentie.
CONSTRUCTION AND DISASSEMBLY
Using the resources of the event organiser. The Theatres technical personnel is available on separate agreement.
CATERING
Catering and the cafe services are provided exclusively by Karelian Gourmet.
SANITARY ROOMS
Use of the sanitary rooms is included in the rent.
SECURITY AND CLOAKROOM SERVICES
Security personnel/cloakroom attendants can be booked via us for 26,72€/h/person.
CATERING OPPORTUNITIES
The Theatre Kiosk operated by Karelian Gourmet possesses full rights to serve alcoholic beverages and serves everything from savoury snacks to sweet pastries.
RENT AND PRICING
The summer theatre is only available for hire after the end of the summer theatre season at Teatteri Imatra.
All prices include VAT 25,5%.
Free admission:
Four hours: 601,19€
1 hour: €77,93/hour.
Payable event:
16% of gross revenue based on ticketing. Minimum rental fee: €601.19.
The price includes the space, one technician, café services, setting up the ticket office, advance and door ticket sales, a city-wide information point, visibility on the city's and the theatre's social media channels and online services.
The need for a second technician will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, for example if a performer does not have their own sound technician.
